Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry, including creating accounts and cases, ensuring precision in all tasks.
• Provide customer service support to overflow teams, assisting with inquiries and issues.
• Handle prior authorization tasks (required experience).
• Update account information based on input from Medical Billers and other sources.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency while managing high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Use professional-level computer skills including MS Office, email, web-based applications, and keyboarding.
• Utilize databases and tracking systems, preferably CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Apply strong judgment and problem-solving skills in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations, delivering excellent customer service.
• Effectively multi-task and manage time to meet deadlines.
• Accept and apply feedback and coaching to improve performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Specialty Pharmacy, healthcare, insurance, or customer service roles.
• Knowledge of healthcare/pharmaceutical industry challenges, especially relating to patients’ medical conditions.
• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Background in healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy environments is highly desirable.
