Job Description

We are actively looking for a licensed physical therapist full-time for our beautiful clinic in Huntington Beach, CA, where we treat patients in the traditional outpatient setting indoors in our spacious and well-lit facility. Our Huntington Beach location also provides aquatic therapy in our semi-outdoor and covered heated saline pool. Experience in the aquatic setting is preferred but not required as long as the applicant is open to being trained. Orthopedic and manual skills are required as we treat a wide variety of general orthopedic diagnoses including gait and balance dysfunction. We offer a competitive package including medical and retirement benefits, continuing education, vacation, paid holidays and sick leave. We also have a unique bonus program based on productivity which makes our package very attractive. 

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions, including exercises and modalities, to enhance patient recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and home care strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care, including discharge planning and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with medical standards.
