What You'll Do:

• Lead high-energy, inspiring Reformer-based group classes for clients of all levels
• Create a warm, welcoming environment where every client feels seen, supported, and challenged
• Deliver safe, effective instruction with clear cueing, hands-on adjustments, and modifications as needed
• Build strong, lasting connections with clients and motivate them on their Pilates journey
• Represent the uplifting, professional, and community-driven spirit of Club Pilates Okemos
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio space that clients love coming back to

Who Were Looking For:

• Comprehensive Pilates Certification (minimum 450 hours) from a reputable program
• Experience leading group Reformer classes (Chair, Cadillac, and other apparatus experience is a plus)
• Positive, upbeat energy with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A passion for movement, health, and empowering others
• CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain)
• Dependable and available for a set schedule with flexibility for weekends and subbing when needed
