Summary
The Manufacturing Plant Superintendent will oversee all plant production, materials, equipment and tools to ensure efficiency is maintained and projects remain on schedule for the production department. Will conduct meetings with shift supervision to ensure work is properly delegated and production schedules are met. Will maintain the ability to prioritize projects and ensure they remain on schedule. Will support and strive to meet company safety goals and work to resolve any safety issues that arise. Will lead and assist with resolution of manufacturing issues as required. Will work closely with Operations Management in the planning and communication of daily plant activities.
