About the Role:

As President , you will spearhead all operations, growth initiatives, and strategic direction for a well-established, multi-divisional subcontracting company with a rich history of innovation and expansion. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the company's future, expand into new markets, and grow revenues to $200M within five years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning, geographic expansion, and new business development across sectors, including tile, stone, stucco, flooring, and more
• Drive mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures to strengthen market position and diversify service offerings
• Cultivate relationships with industry leaders, unions, government agencies, and clients to maximize growth opportunities
• Oversee multi-region operations, ensuring project success and operational excellence
• Build and develop top-tier teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration
• Manage financial strategies, banking relationships, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For:

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in subcontracting, general contracting , or related industries
• Proven ability to grow regional or national operations into nine-figure revenues
• Strong network within the construction, development, and government sectors
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Deep understanding of union labor relations (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (MBA, JD) are a plus
