Pricing Manager

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota

Schedule: Standard Daytime hours, Monday-Friday

What You’ll Do

The primary role of the Pricing Manager is to influence, manage and evaluate the effectiveness of the execution of our pricing strategies. Responsible for forecasting and analyzing the trends and profit impact of these pricing strategies and providing pricing recommendations that will grow sales volume, while continually seeking increased company margin and profitability.

You will…

• Lead the Pricing Team and all pricing functions; providing effective delegation of responsibilities, workload monitoring, associate training/development, and performance management.
• Train and work with sales team members to execute pricing strategies that will increase company profit and margin while increasing sales volume.
• Work with each sales market to recommend pricing strategies and tactics in conjunction with pricing philosophy and market conditions.
• Understand and evaluate market conditions and competitive pricing and rebate support to recommend appropriate matrix levels for company products. Use this information to support the pricing work of the product managers.

What You Bring

Requirements:

• 10+ years related industry experience with a strong aptitude for analytics.
• 5+ years of demonstrated leadership ability.
• Prior management experience and working in a cross-functional environment is desirable.
• Experience in sales and/or product management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent business experience
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future
• Must have valid driver’s license

Salary: $102,000 - $155,000

*Compensation for this position includes annual salary, 20% short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role as well as the geographic location of the role.
