Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Execution:

    • Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive project and resource plans for ERP implementations.
    • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, scope, and quality standards.
    • Oversee changes to scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring proper approvals and communication.
  2. Stakeholder Management:

    • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships to drive project success.
    • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project outcomes.
  3. Risk Management:

    • Identify and document potential risks, developing mitigation strategies.
    • Address issues proactively to minimize disruptions.
    • Escalate concerns to senior management as needed.
  4. Resource Management:

    • Coordinate and schedule team resources to ensure timely task completion.
    • Monitor resource utilization and adjust staffing plans accordingly.
  5. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:

    • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality ERP solutions.
    • Conduct regular project reviews and performance assessments.
    • Organize project sponsor meetings at key milestones.
    • Recommend process improvements and implement best practices for project management.
  6. Project Schedules & Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
    • Provide weekly project status updates to senior management.
    • Ensure documentation is properly stored and communicated.
  7. Team Leadership:

    • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a collaborative work environment.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
    • Set clear expectations to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multiple (15+) concurrent projects at various implementation stages.
  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management best practices; PMP certification preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, OneNote, MS Excel, Planner).
