Job Overview

We are looking for a  creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sketching, digital design, and  graphic design and a passion for transforming ideas into visually engaging designs. This role involves creating stunning images, graphics, and prototypes that bring imaginative toy concepts to life, while ensuring alignment with company branding, aesthetic preferences, and costing.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and Design: Develop innovative toy concepts based on the project requirements and company branding guidelines.
• Sketching Concepts and Designs: To quickly design and communicate product concept ideas through drawings.
• Graphic Design: Create high-quality digital designs, illustrations, and visual content for a variety of projects, ensuring they are consistent with brand identity and/or new concepts.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and translate them into appealing visual designs.
• 3D Design and Animation (optional): Use design software to create 3D models and animations that help convey product concepts and ideas clearly.
• Prototyping and Mock-ups: Manage the completion of prototypes, design digital prototypes, build mock-ups to present ideas and concepts to clients. 
• Testing and Refinement: Gather feedback and adjust designs to ensure they meet project requirements and quality standards.

Experience

• Proven experience in  drawing and graphic design , with a strong portfolio showcasing your previous work.
• Proficiency in  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other design tools.
• Some experience with 3D design tools to create models.
• Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box while keeping the design in line with branding and market trends.
• Familiarity with design trends, typography, and illustration techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in creating  character designs and  illustrations .
• Knowledge of  visual storytelling and creating engaging animations.
• Familiarity with the  toy industry and/or consumer products industry and an understanding of how to design products that are both functional and visually appealing.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work on time.
