Job Summary
The Production Associate supports manufacturing and production operations by performing a variety of tasks to ensure efficient workflow, product quality, and on-time production. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
*Shift is M-F starting at 6am-2:30pm. Mandatory overtime on weeknights could be up to 6:30pm. Saturdays are mandatory up to 8 hours, and Sundays are voluntary. *
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble, inspect, label, and package products according to specifications
- Monitor product quality and report defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Load and unload materials and finished products
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies
- Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations
- Assist with changeovers, setup, and basic equipment adjustments as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing or production experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work overtime or varying shifts as required

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods

Work Environment
- Manufacturing or warehouse setting
- Exposure to noise, moving machinery, and temperature variations
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
