Executive Protection Driver – UHNW Family

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and discreet Executive Protection Driver to support the transportation and security needs of an Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) family. This role requires exceptional driving ability, situational awareness, and a deep understanding of personal security protocols. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and capable of operating in high-pressure environments with absolute confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport principals and family members to various destinations, including residences, offices, airports, and social engagements etc. which includes any needed errands
• Conduct advance route planning and real-time navigation to avoid delays, threats, or disruptions
• Maintain a high level of readiness and situational awareness at all times
• Coordinate with household staff, personal assistants, and security teams to ensure seamless logistics
• Perform regular vehicle inspections, maintenance scheduling, and cleanliness upkeep
• Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies or unexpected changes in itinerary
• Ensure privacy and discretion in all interactions and communications
• Provide protective surveillance and support during public outings and travel

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in executive protection or high-level chauffeuring, preferably for UHNW individuals or corporate executives
• Prior law enforcement, military, or private security background strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; defensive driving certification a plus
• Strong knowledge of local geography, traffic patterns, and alternate routes
• Excellent judgment, discretion, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
• Background check and drug screening required
