🔹 About the Role
As a Program Manager , you’ll lead a portfolio of complex employee experience and culture programs , driving planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for the Rhythm of Business (ROB) , employee engagement strategies, and coordinating global/local execution to ensure programs deliver impact and consistency.
You will work with cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Business, Admins, ERGs, and more) to design and deliver engaging programs such as:
🔹 What You’ll Do
✔️ Lead planning, execution, and tracking of ROB and employee engagement programs
✔️ Develop proposals, strategy decks, and communication plans for stakeholders
✔️ Manage timelines, budgets, milestones, and performance metrics
✔️ Partner with global teams to ensure consistency across geographies
✔️ Drive data-driven storytelling , synthesizing program value & business impact
✔️ Support organizational culture through employee events and recognition programs
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✅ 2–4 years of program/project management experience
✅ MBA or related field preferred
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Project, Visio)
✅ Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
✅ Previous Microsoft experience a plus
