Title: Program Manager
Location: On-site in South San Francisco, CA (Remote possible if working PST hours)
Type: 12-month contract with potential extension
Pay Rate: $62.50 - $79/hr (flexible for strong candidates)
Role Overview:
The Program Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth coordination, facilitation, and progress tracking of this new and evolving initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage program execution by structuring workstreams, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability.
- Facilitate initiatives to ensure alignment and successful execution of defined goals.
- Oversee roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs to measure impact and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Provide structure and rigor to drive clear actions and measurable outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in healthcare life sciences (pharma, biotech, or medical device).
- Project and program management expertise required.
- Drug development experience is a must; AI/ML experience is a plus.
- PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking, or Agile methodology training required.
- Candidates with PM, drug development, and AI/ML experience are ideal for the top pay range.
