KLB Group is hiring: Project Buyer – Construction / Industrial Renovation – Los Angeles

The Role:

As part of an industrial workshop renovation project in Los Angeles, KLB Group is looking for an experienced Project Buyer to join its team. You will play a key role in managing procurement activities related to construction, working closely with internal teams and local suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all procurement processes for the industrial renovation project
• Source, assess, and negotiate with local suppliers and contractors
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, and construction teams
• Monitor timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance metrics
• Use project management tools to streamline purchasing activities

Profile:

• Degree in Engineering , Supply Chain , or Construction Management
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in procurement, construction project buying, or related project management
• Strong knowledge of the local construction market in Los Angeles
• Fluent/native English required – French is a plus
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and collaborative
