Title: Project Manager

Location: Downtown Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid - 4 days onsite)

Type: 12+ Month Contract

Pay: up to 52.hr

Role Description:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee ecommerce projects, develop and execute strategies, and analyze ecommerce performance.
• Work at corporate office and various store locations across the city, spending approximately 25% of the time in stores to gather feedback from associates and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, operations, and sales, to drive project success.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies, likely aligned with Agile, to manage project plans from development to completion.
• Contribute to the overall success of the ecommerce business by providing the business point of view in meetings and pushing projects along.

Qualifications:

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw insights.
• Customer Service and Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
• E-Commerce and Sales Skills: Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and sales strategies to grow the ecommerce business.
• Project Management Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the retail, grocery, or ecommerce industry. Experience leading cross-functional teams and developing/executing project plans.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and familiarity with Smartsheets/Asana is a plus.
• Certifications: PMP or Six Sigma certification is a plus but not required.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be able to travel to store locations when needed (25%)
