We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise system implementation . This role involves overseeing project timelines, managing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring a seamless transition to a modern platform. The ideal candidate will have experience managing IT implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and migration of an enterprise system, ensuring smooth transition and adoption.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking key milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to standardize processes and optimize workflows.
• Engage with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives.
• Provide strategic insights into best practices for system implementation and organizational change management.
• Act as a liaison between IT, business units, and leadership to drive project success.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in large-scale IT implementations.
• Strong background in project scheduling, Agile methodologies, and enterprise systems .
• Experience with enterprise asset management (EAM) or similar platforms is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
