Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Location: Statesboro, GA (Savannah or surrounding areas also considered)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of commercial construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and a commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and with the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
• Administer contracts and subcontract agreements
• Lead weekly project planning and coordination meetings
• Oversee field operations and site safety compliance
• Manage documentation, including revisions and submittals
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and team members
• Evaluate and resolve scope or design changes
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong background in commercial construction cost control, scheduling, and contract administration
• Ability to interpret construction documents and project plans
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software
• Effective communicator with strong organizational skills
• Leadership experience in both office and field environments

Additional Information:

• Travel to job sites required
• OSHA certification a plus
