Project Manager – Industrial Construction
Location: Columbus, OH | Base Salary: $110,000–$160,000+ + Bonus + Profit Sharing

The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to help lead the charge in building out the firm’s industrial construction division . You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of exciting projects while influencing processes, setting standards, and helping shape the future of this growing market within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout across industrial projects (manufacturing, logistics, light industrial, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams to build scalable project delivery processes for the industrial division
- Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and vendor relationships
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all phases of construction
- Serve as the client’s main point of contact throughout the project
- Mentor and develop junior staff (APMs, engineers) as the team scales
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Industrial construction experience strongly preferred (light industrial, distribution, manufacturing, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead complex projects with attention to detail and strong client interaction
- Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and other industry-standard tools
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar preferred
