Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare, corporate interior and commercial renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of project management experience, managing projects ranging from $5M to $30M. The role will involve overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare, corporate Interior, & Commercial renovation projects.
• Oversee all project phases, including design, pre-construction, construction, and closeout.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, architects, and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor and manage project team members.

Qualifications:

• 7-8 years of project management experience in healthcare and commercial renovation sectors.
• Proven experience managing projects in the $5M to $25M range.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, schedules, and budgets.
• Knowledge of healthcare facility design, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
