A premier Contractor in Central Georgia is looking for a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead a significant $300+ million commercial project. This company has a variety of high-profile projects and needs a Project Manager to oversee this major commercial development.
Your new role
The Construction Project Manager role involves overseeing all aspects of the construction process for a $300+ million commercial project. You will be in charge of contract management, cost control, schedule coordination, safety compliance, and quality assurance. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust throughout the project lifecycle. This project is set to span over three years.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be eligible for the Construction Project Manager role, you must have a proven track record of managing commercial projects exceeding $100 million. Strong concrete or tilt-up construction experience is preferred. We welcome traveling project managers with the expectation that they will continue with our company after the project's completion. Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills are essential.
