Title: Project Manager - Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Construction (10+ years)

Location: Montgomery County, PA

Salary Range: $160k-$180K

Tiello has partnered with a highly successful Pharmaceutical Contractor in the Montgomery County, PA area on their search for a Project Manager for Pharmaceutical and Healthcare projects up to $50MM.

The Project Manager will serve as the company's point of contact both with the client and with the construction team when required. You will engage in and influence the safety culture and have the authority to make decisions on the Contractor's behalf about such items as cost and schedule.

Title: Project Manager - Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Construction (10+ years)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee & Direct the project schedules and budgets for successful completion of each project.
• Set up and implement job procedures and techniques to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery.
• Oversee and Develop and maintain a good relationship with Owner, Architect, and Subcontractors
• Provide the client with value-engineered solutions when applicable.
• Work with Superintendents to develop safety plans and to implement safety procedures
• Manage project deliverables
• Oversee and mentor the project staff to foster a positive team setting

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years of commercial construction
• Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Experience
• BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred NOT required.
• Strong communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and design consultants.
