• Contract Duration: 12-Months
• Worksite Location: Golden Valley, MN | Hybrid
• Compensation: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

What you’ll do as the Project Manager:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for updating the Supplier Code of Conduct, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources Manage the project budget, track progress, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, communications, compliance, procurement, and supply chain) to gather input and align on requirements
• Communicate with external stakeholders, including suppliers and industry experts, to align with best practices and trends
• Conduct a thorough review of the existing Supplier Code of Conduct and identify areas for improvement
• Research industry standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring the updated Code exceeds expectations
• Draft and refine updated Code provisions with clarity and thoroughness
• Develop and execute a rollout plan for the updated Code, including creating training materials and conducting sessions for internal teams and suppliers
• Design communication strategies to ensure effective dissemination of the updated Code across all relevant parties

What you’ll bring to the Project Manager role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Legal Studies, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• PMP or similar project management certification
• Proven experience managing complex projects, particularly related to compliance or ethical standards
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, ethical sourcing, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Expertise in driving stakeholder collaboration and consensus-building
• Ability to develop and implement a strategic, detailed plan that aligns with organizational goals
