About the Role - The Project Safety Compliance Officer is responsible for maintaining and enforcing safe work practices throughout the project site.

Responsibilities

• Create project specific Safety Manual for General Contractor / Owner.
• Enforce safety protocols throughout the project site.
• Job Hazard Analysis planning.
• Pre-task planning.
• Job specific safety permits.
• Support corrective measures when and where needed.
• Ensure up-to-date emergency protocols are in place.
• Maintain and enforce safe work practices and quality safety culture.
• Help prepare and conduct safety orientations and toolbox talks.

Qualifications

• Degree in Safety or related field.
• OSHA 30
• First Aid / CPR / AED certified.
• MEP experience preferred.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with all employees, vendors, and executive level clients
• Excellent organization and analytical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Procore is helpful.
