🧭 What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations for properties in Cambridge
• Lead staff, manage resident relations, and drive community satisfaction
• Ensure full compliance with HUD/Section 8 regulations
• Execute capital planning and manage improvement projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, and client stakeholders

• An experienced property manager with 2-3 years in affordable housing
• Strong Section 8/HUD compliance knowledge
• Experience managing capital projects and community relations
• A steady hand under pressure and polished communication style
