Job Description

We are seeking a Purchasing Manager with a strong focus on IT equipment procurement (laptops, desktops, and monitors). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of pricing, margins, and high-volume purchasing , with the ability to secure an average of 10,000+ laptops per month —with potential for much larger deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Equipment Procurement: Source and negotiate bulk purchases of laptops, desktops, and monitors (Data Center/Network equipment is a bonus).
• Pricing & Margin Management: Analyze market trends, negotiate pricing, and ensure profitable margins on purchases.
• Account Management & Expansion: Maintain and grow relationships with current suppliers while actively identifying and securing new accounts.
• Volume Buying Strategy: Work towards a target of 10,000+ laptops per month , scaling up when opportunities arise.
• Collaboration & Sales Support: Work closely with the GM and sales team to ensure smooth procurement and resale operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in IT equipment purchasing and sales , ideally in high-volume procurement.
• Strong knowledge of pricing structures, market trends, and margin optimization .
• Ability to source and negotiate bulk deals while managing supplier relationships.
• Existing network of IT equipment suppliers is a strong advantage.
