What You'll Do:

• Lead the Charge : Develop and implement quality assurance programs that meet and exceed customer, company, and government standards.
• Collaborate & Innovate : Work closely with teams to conduct audits, inspections, and reviews, ensuring top-notch performance across raw materials, production, packaging, and distribution.
• Drive Excellence : Manage HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and other compliance standards, ensuring we meet USDA and FDA regulations.
• Solve Problems Like a Pro : Tackle challenges head-on by analyzing data, developing creative solutions, and driving continuous improvement.
• Inspire the Team : Partner with operations and sanitation teams to maintain a clean, efficient, and high-performing facility.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience & Expertise : At least 5 years in quality control, specifically in food manufacturing, with solid knowledge of USDA and FDA regulations.
• Education : A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, but experience speaks volumes too!
• Certifications : HACCP and SQF certifications are a big plus.
• Tech Savvy : Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other quality management tools.
• Skills that Shine : Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with a strategic, goal-driven mindset.
