Quality Technician

20-25/HR

Hours: 7 AM - 7 PM Thurs-Saturday (36 Hrs)

Need someone with Injection Molding experience

Job Description

• Perform incoming material verification and sampling inspection.
• Conduct first article inspections for injection-molded components.
• Execute in-process inspections including Visual inspection, Dimensional measurements, Functional testing
• Identify and trace non-conforming products during production.
• Conduct final inspections for packaging and labeling before releasing to warehouse.
• Update SIP (Standard Inspection Procedures) documents as needed.
• Support calibration management of testing and measurement equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical school graduate.
• Prior experience in product inspection or quality control preferred .
• Experience in medical consumables or plastic injection molding is a plus .
• Basic understanding of quality concepts and problem-solving logic.
• Able to use measurement tools such as microscopes, calipers and projectors .
• Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with plastic components and visual/dimensional inspection criteria.
• Understanding of ISO 13485 quality system requirements is preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Basic Mandarin language communication/reading/writing skills
• Working knowledge of an injection molding facility
