KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

• Prior Leadership Experience
• Public Accounting Foundation Preferred
• Knowledge of Yardi Required
• Mastery of GAAP accounting
• Experience with advanced ERP accounting software
• Strong analytical skills, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail required.
• A high degree of initiative and flexibility is required to successfully accommodate deadlines
• Ability to maintain data integrity and accuracy, and use data to identify and solve problems.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• A degree in accounting or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in accounting roles, with experience in managing staff required .
• Public Accounting Background Preferred
• Proficient Excel skills are required
• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
