Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Real Estate Acquisition Manager at Local Homes Buyers. The Real Estate Acquisition Manager will be responsible for acquiring properties, negotiating deals, and managing the process until contract has been signed. They will collaborate with property owners and other stakeholders to ensure successful acquisitions. The strong office and dispositions team will take it from their hands once the contract signed so they can focus only in SALES and close AS many deals as possible.
