I am currently working with a leading AM LAW 100 ranked firm , who are actively looking to recruit an experience attorney to join its growing Real Estate Group in their Chicago office.

Job Description:

The international group is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Attorney to join it's Chicago office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law (including real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings), excellent analytical and communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality legal services to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough legal research on real estate matters.
• Advise on construction contracting.
• Draft and negotiate design, construction, and development agreements across various industry sectors.
• Drafting and reviewing real estate transaction documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate transactions and disputes.
• Representing clients in real estate negotiations and transactions.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a leading accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar of Illinois.
• 2+ years of experience in real estate equity transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions and financings.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
