LHH is partnering with a collegial and respected midsize firm headquartered in Chicago in its search for a midlevel Commercial Real Estate Associate .

What You’ll Do

• Draft and negotiate leases, purchase agreements, loan documents, and other deal documentation
• Work on acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, finance, REIT, distressed property, and construction matters
• Manage due diligence and closing processes

Key Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial real estate experience in a sophisticated law firm, AmLaw preferred
• Meaningful exposure to acquisitions/dispositions, finance, and ideally some construction
• Admission to the Illinois bar or eligibility to waive in

Compensation & Benefits

• 1600 minimum billable requirement
• Base compensation of $170-220K , plus bonus eligibility determined by firm and individual performance
• Flexible hybrid schedule - 3 days in office
