Company Overview:
Our client, a growing construction company based in Pasadena, is looking for a dedicated and bilingual Spanish receptionist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of entry-level experience who is eager to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing assistance and information as needed.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for staff and management.
Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked.
Assist with general office tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, and data entry.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and shipments.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and team members.
Perform additional administrative support tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
At least 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A positive, proactive attitude and a team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a construction or similar industry is a plus.
Experience with office management systems or construction-related software is a plus.
