Location: Phoenix, Arizona (85034)

Industry: Construction / Roofing

Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Additional Details:

Addison Group is working with a valued client in the construction and roofing industry who is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join their team on a long-term contract basis. This opportunity offers the potential for full-time conversion and provides a stable, collaborative work environment.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face and voice of the company, handling a variety of front office and administrative tasks. The receptionist will manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate communications, and assist multiple departments to ensure a smooth workflow throughout the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner
  • Coordinate internal scheduling and calendar updates
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with invoice data entry and billing support
  • Provide administrative support to office leadership and department staff
  • Monitor and restock office supplies
  • Help organize company lunches, vendor appointments, and maintenance schedules
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area
  • Support special projects and assist operations as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
