Role Summary
This is not just another Head Coach or Facility Manager role. This is a Headquarters-owned flagship location of ISI® Elite Training—and we’re looking for a champion to lead it.
The Head Coach & Studio Manager will be responsible for leading our Fort Mill, SC facility, owning operations, delivering world-class coaching, and working closely with our headquarters leadership team to set the tone for franchise success nationwide. This is a high-visibility role with high expectations and even greater opportunity.
You’ll coach 10–12 sessions per week, lead and develop your team, be the face of the facility in the community, and run the studio like it’s your own business.
You’ll also be responsible for executing the IRONU Coaches Path , hosting franchisees from across the country. The right person will be a gritty, high-performing, self-starting leader who refuses to lose.
