Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic retail brand marketing professional to lead the development and execution of brand marketing strategies across direct retail stores . The ideal candidate is consumer-obsessed, data-driven, and highly collaborative with a passion for storytelling, product, and retail experiences. This role plays a critical part in shaping in-store marketing, enhancing the consumer journey, and driving brand and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of seasonal and year-round retail brand marketing strategies for direct retail stores.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, visual merchandising, digital, and design to align on key product stories and experiences.
• Use consumer insights, retail trends, and shopping behavior analysis to inform brand storytelling and drive demand.
• Ensure consistent and impactful in-store product presentation and communication strategies.
• Partner with global and regional brand teams to adopt and localize marketing strategies.
• Support the creation of engaging in-store digital experiences in collaboration with digital and app experts.
• Continuously identify opportunities to innovate and enhance the in-store experience through test-and-learn initiatives.
• Maintain a strong balance between creativity and business acumen in decision-making.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in retail brand marketing, including strategy development and implementation.
• Experience with vertical retail environments (small to large fleet).
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail journeys, and market trends.
• Proven ability to develop compelling product and brand stories.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills—written, visual, and verbal.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and evolving team environment.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a collaborative and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
