Role Description

As our Retail Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the movement of all merchandise through our McKinney-based warehouse to our four retail locations and online store. You’ll receive and verify incoming shipments, process and tag new inventory, and ensure accurate allocation of product across stores and digital channels. Your role will be vital in organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory, preparing weekly transfers, and supporting timely restocks based on product demand. You’ll also conduct regular cycle counts, assist with seasonal physical inventories, and collaborate closely with our buying team, store managers, and online fulfillment staff to ensure seamless merchandise flow. Your attention to detail and ability to stay ahead of operational needs will play a key role in keeping our shelves stocked and our customers delighted.

Qualifications

You must be detail-oriented, dependable, and love creating structure in a fast-paced environment. You thrive when things are organized and accurate, and you’re just as comfortable behind a computer as you are unpacking and sorting inventory on your feet. Physically capable of lifting boxes and staying active during your shift, you bring a positive energy and team-first attitude to every task. You enjoy working with others, are comfortable using inventory software, and are quick to learn new tools or systems. While prior experience in retail inventory is a plus, we’re most excited to meet someone who brings enthusiasm, accountability, and a strong work ethic to our all-female-led and fashion-forward environment.

• Hourly Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 , based on experience
