Role Description

Rurka Homes is seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Home Sales Agent to join our team in Mountain House, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity for a licensed real estate professional to represent a premier local builder. You will be the face of Rurka Homes, guiding prospective buyers through the homebuying journey, showcasing our communities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience that builds trust one home at a time.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and achieve closing goals through effective presentations, follow-ups, and relationship-building.
  • Welcome and engage prospective buyers in our model homes and sales centers, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
  • Guide customers through the sales journey, from discovery to contract to closing, providing continuous support and education along the way.
  • Showcase Rurka Homes’ unique value by highlighting design details, premium finishes, and community features.
  • Host and participate in community events and outreach activities to generate traffic and leads.
  • Manage CRM and sales tools effectively to track prospects, maintain communication, and deliver regular updates to management.
  • Collaborate with construction, design, and mortgage partners to provide a seamless homebuying experience.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive market analysis to remain informed about local market trends, pricing, and offerings.
  • Maintain model home and community appearance to ensure every customer experiences the quality and prestige of Rurka Homes.

Qualifications

  • Active California Real Estate License required.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience; homebuilding or new home sales experience preferred.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Customer service driven, with a focus on creating trust-based relationships.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and willingness to learn company-specific applications.
  • Ability to work weekends (a critical time for prospective buyers).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
