Our client, a luxury women's swimwear and apparel label based in Colombia/Mexico, is looking for a sales associate to join their Miami, FL (Aventura) team!

Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic, fashion-forward Sales Associate who thrives on connecting with people and bringing storytelling to life through every client interaction. If exceeding goals, cultivating long-lasting client relationships, and representing a unique brand excites you, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing and floor readiness
• Drive sales performance, consistently meeting and surpassing targets and KPIs
• Manage inventory, product presentation, and execute visual merchandising standards
• Build and maintain strong client outreach and follow-up strategies
• Participate in product trainings and apply your knowledge to elevate the client experience
• Provide daily reporting and share client feedback with the District Manager
• Embody the brand— acting as a true ambassador and living our values and DNA

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales experience in women’s fashion (apparel, swimwear, lingerie, or accessories)
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
• FLUENT in both English and Spanish
• Strong communication skills
