Natasha Baradaran’s eponymous furniture and textile offerings are the evolution of her roots as a visionary interior designer. A small capsule collection, launched more than a decade ago, has expanded into a luxurious line of furniture, lighting, textiles and curated vintage offerings available via domestic and international trade partners.
On the heels of opening our flagship showroom, we are excited to expand our team and have them bolster this new cornerstone.
This space offers an inspiring and playful experience to allow clients the opportunity to escape the ordinary and view bespoke furniture, lighting, textiles and vintage through the eyes of Natasha Baradaran.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Natasha Baradaran is offering an outstanding opportunity for a motivated, organized and driven Sales Lead for our flagship showroom in West Hollywood. This position is inside and outside sales. The Sales Lead for this location has the opportunity to work closely with the owners, our manufacturing facility, and our management team to grow our brand.
Your primary focus is to drive sales within the Southern California territory and be the face of Natasha Baradaran.
Our Sales Lead is devoted to running a book of business by cultivating client relationships, creating a memorable and pleasant buying experience for our clients, and maintaining an inspiring and immaculate showroom. Our ideal candidate will be a leader with the ability to maintain a showroom, resolve customer service issues, and generate sales through client outreach, follow-up, and project development with residential and contract design firms.
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Manage and cultivate existing client relationships with designers, architects, and procurement firms
- Develop relationships with NEW client base via cold outreach
- General coordination of Los Angeles showroom including maintenance, events, marketing, and installation
- Generate inside and outside sales to meet quarterly goals
- Work in tandem with outside sales representative to meet quarterly goals
- Work closely with outside sales representative on quarterly travel schedule to maximize sales call efficiency
- Handle all escalated customer service issues for territory
- Ability to engage and build rapport with high end clientele
- Be reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Be highly competitive, driven, and result-oriented
- Must possess exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Work well within a team environment
EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience with A & D sales
- Established client list preferred
- Energetic, personable, poised, and efficient
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Studio experience preferred
LOCATION: WEST HOLLYWOOD
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
