The Role:

This commission-only role is ideal for someone who loves wellness, spiritual growth, and making authentic connections. You’ll be introducing new audiences to a platform that truly changes lives—while being generously rewarded for your results. You’ll be responsible for reaching new potential subscribers, guiding them through the value of the membership, and helping them say yes to themselves.

Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out and engage new leads via social media, personal networks, wellness communities, or referrals
• Clearly communicate the value of our digital membership, tailored to each person’s needs
• Drive conversions by educating prospects and supporting them through the sign-up process
• Maintain a strong pipeline and consistent follow-up process
• Collaborate with our team to improve sales messaging and share community insights
• Track your outreach and results in a way that’s organized and accountable

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in sales or affiliate marketing—especially in wellness, coaching, lifestyle, or spiritual brands
• Confidence in commission-based work with self-driven motivation
• A love for topics like energy work, manifestation, intuition, astrology, or self-development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to build trust quickly and authentically online
• Highly organized with strong time management skills and a desire to grow
