Role: Sales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Sales Specialist to support the growth of our architectural wall and ceiling panel solutions. This role focuses on building strong relationships with architects, designers, and contractors to drive specification and sales of high-performance interior finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with architecture and design firms to promote ceiling and wall panel systems.
• Deliver technical presentations and conduct lunch-and-learns to educate stakeholders on product performance, aesthetics, and sustainability.
• Assist in project specifications, mock-ups, and submittal processes to support design intent and project execution.
• Partner with contractors, installers, and distributors to ensure proper product selection and installation support.
• Track project activity through CRM and coordinate closely with internal teams including estimating, production, and engineering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in B2B technical sales, preferably in the building materials or architectural products sector.
• Understanding of architectural specifications, construction documents, and project lifecycles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce); experience with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.
