We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
• Manage outside sales efforts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Hubspot to track sales performance, manage leads, and generate reports.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the retail industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
• Proficiency in Hubspot or similar CRM software.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple priorities.
