Description: Job description: As a Sales Trainer at European Wax Center (EWC), you will play a key role in helping our team achieve sales goals, improve customer service, and maintain the highest standards of performance. You will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs for our front-line associates, focusing on sales techniques, customer engagement, and EWC's brand values. Your role will contribute to the overall success of our business by empowering staff with the skills and knowledge to drive revenue and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The Sales Trainer is expected to possess brand knowledge, technical expertise, and sales skills upon hire.
Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement comprehensive sales training programs for new and existing team members, ensuring consistency with the EWC brand and core values.
- Conduct in-person and hands-on training sessions, ensuring all staff are well-prepared to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to staff on effective sales strategies, objection handling and upselling techniques.
- Collaborate with management to assess sales performance and create tailored training plans to meet individual and team sales goals.
- Monitor sales metrics (KPIs) and provide guidance on best practices to improve performance and productivity.
- Utilize role-playing and other interactive training methods to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Ensure team members understand the importance of repeat business, customer retention, and the value of customer feedback.
- Educate the team on the full range of services and products offered by European Wax Center, ensuring staff are confident in selling and recommending services, packages, and products to customers.
- Keep the team informed on new services, promotions, and product updates to drive up selling opportunities.
- Assess the performance of new hires and existing team members through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills and efficiency.
- Stay current on industry trends, sales techniques, and customer service strategies to ensure EWC remains a leader in the beauty and wellness space.

Requirements: Schedule: - Day shift

- Weekends as needed
Requirements: - Prior experience working for European Wax Center
- 2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service jobs
- Ability to travel ~45 minutes distances to train Guest Service Associates in the region
- Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about helping others succeed
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to stand for long periods during training sessions and interact with staff
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
