Job Description:
Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer
Location: Hybrid Remote / Quincy, MA
Duration: 12+ Months (Contract)
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions preferred).
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, OmniStudio (Integration Procedures, FlexCards, DataRaptors, OmniScripts).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, Github Actions, and Salesforce DevOps practices.
Proven ability to design solutions that are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of Salesforce security architecture (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, platform limits). Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication skills, with ability to collaborate across teams and document solutions.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent professional experience) Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Preferred).Work Environment:
Requires reliable internet connection and ability to participate in virtual meetings.
Requires ability to participate in in-person meetings and workshops when scheduled.
