We’re looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support agile teams in order optimization and payments within a complex enterprise environment. If you have a strong background in Agile frameworks, servant leadership, and coaching cross-functional teams , we’d love to connect!
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Guide, coach, and motivate teams to enhance productivity and agile maturity.
🔹 Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
🔹 Remove impediments and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
🔹 Oversee scope, timelines, quality, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
🔹 Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to drive Agile best practices.
🔹 Support Agile SDLC adherence and promote continuous improvement.
🔹 Participate in Scrum of Scrums and coordinate across teams.
Must-Have Skills:
✅ Proven Scrum Master experience in a large-scale enterprise environment.
✅ Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, and Lean Agile principles .
✅ Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
✅ Ability to work across cross-functional teams and influence at all levels.
✅ Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
