Senior Scrum Master – AI Training Enablement
Location: Waukegan, IL (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite Weekly)
Contract Duration: 12 Months (Potential for Extension)
Pay Rate: $75 - 83/hour (W2)

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support a high-impact, enterprise-wide AI enablement initiative at one of the leading healthcare and pharmaceutical companies. This role focuses on enhancing the delivery platform and training materials for company-wide AI training—a rapidly growing and highly marketable space.
You will be a foundational member of a newly formed team tasked with designing and scaling a modern AI training delivery system, combining Agile best practices with cutting-edge AI tools to improve team performance and enterprise learning experiences.
