Job Title: Senior Client Services Professional

Location: Charlotte, NC

Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days WFH

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Professional to join a dynamic and growing team. This role will involve providing high-level client service support, acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client services, with a focus on financial services, and possess the ability to handle complex client requests while maintaining excellent relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including financial advisors, to deliver comprehensive and personalized solutions
  • Assist in the development of client reporting materials and presentations
  • Coordinate and oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition and continued service
  • Monitor client portfolios, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client goals
  • Provide proactive support for account maintenance, including documentation, updates, and processing requests
  • Manage client expectations and escalate issues as needed to senior leadership
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all client interactions

Key Requirements:

  • 4-5+ years of experience in client services, with a background in financial services or wealth management
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work with high-net-worth clients
  • Proven ability to handle complex client inquiries and deliver high-quality, timely solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including advisors and support staff
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on accuracy and service excellence
  • Proficiency in CRM and financial planning software (experience with Salesforce or similar platforms preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
