Sr. Construction Manager – Data Center Construction - Permanent

Las Vegas, NV – On-Site Position

Harper Harrison is partnered with a premier Data Center owner & developer, with locations across the nation including Las Vegas, NV.

They are looking for talented individuals with Data Center Construction/Project Management experience to join their business on a permanent basis as a Senior Construction Manager.

We require a minimum of 5+ years’ of Field Construction Management experience (E.g. as Construction Manager, Project Manager or Superintendent, on-site) with Data Center experience.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing & managing entire Project Lifecycle for Data Center Construction, from buyout through to warranty and close-out
• Ensuring safety compliance for the site and responsible for safety of Contractors
• Collaborate with the General Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Design firms and more to ensure project is to plan and on time
• Management of budget with Cost Control responsibilities, negotiating with Consultants, Cost Control team and Contractors without compromising Quality
• Navigate regulatory landscape, ensuring compliance with local, state and federal regulations, also secure relevant permits

Requirements

• Full Project Lifecycle experience in Data Center and/or Mission Critical Construction Projects
• Must have Tenant Improvement experience and ideally build-up Construction
• Experience managing Procurement & Submittals, also OSCI
• Experience producing For Permit & For Construction deliverables
• Ideally a degree in Engineering
