Job Description Summary
The Senior Craft Recruiter partners with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify, attract, pipeline and hire top talent of multiple craft disciplines. This position provides full life cycle, national recruitment, in support of business goals and initiatives, while providing outstanding service to internal clients and creating an excellent candidate experience.

Schedule and Work Activities
Regular office hours, with some exceptions base on project location. Periodic weekend work and extended work days may be required. Business travel after regular work hours may be required.
Travel
Travel up to 20% is required as necessary to support the execution of projects, training and other corporate requirements. Frequency of travel will vary based on the different project needs. Travel on short notice m a y be required.
