Job Description

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of FP&A experience , a strong understanding of financial data, and advanced Excel skills to develop insightful reports and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on key financial drivers.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and efficiency.
• Prepare executive-level financial reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Assist in financial process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A experience , preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros preferred).
• Experience with financial systems, ERP software, and business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
