Are you an experienced litigation paralegal looking to level up your career? A top Boston law firm is looking for a Senior IP Litigation Paralegal to join its team in either Boston or Washington, DC, supporting a well-respected, nationally recognized IP litigator. As a Senior Paralegal, you will lead complex national patent and ITC litigation cases, from document production to trial preparation. Here is some of what you can expect to take on:

• Process and support attorneys in all phases of discovery and trial preparation, including research, paper and electronic discovery coordination, depositions, transcripts, and trial support
• Maintain databases, logs, and files containing vital trial documents
• Obtain all necessary material from the USPTO, PAIR, and USITC-EDIs, etc
• Prepare for meetings with clients, witnesses, experts, and outside counsel
• Mentor and train junior paralegals

To apply for this Senior IP Litigation Paralegal role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of litigation experience . You will also need:

• Expertise in all stages of the litigation process, including eDiscovery
• Knowledge of USPTO and ITC practices and procedures
• Superior technology and software skills, including document management and review software (DeskSite, Relativity, West Case Notebook, TrialDirector, etc.)
• Ability to travel and work overtime as needed
